Information Tycho can access

With the account holder’s authorization, Tycho can access Gmail message content, attachments, labels and settings; calendar events; contacts; Google Drive files and metadata; and Google Docs and Sheets content. The Google consent screen describes the permissions requested. Only accounts explicitly authorized by their owners are connected.

How information is used

Connected information is used to carry out requested personal-assistance tasks, such as finding and organizing messages or files, preparing drafts, maintaining contacts, scheduling events, and reading or updating documents and spreadsheets. Tycho does not sell Google account data or use it for advertising profiles.

AI services and other processing

Tycho runs in Roy’s agent environment. Selected account content may be included in requests to the AI services Roy configures, including OpenAI and Anthropic, when it is needed to fulfill an authorized task. Those providers process requests under their applicable terms and the account’s data controls. Connected Google services process their respective API requests.

Information may also be sent to a recipient or another connected service when the account holder authorizes that action. Routine model processing is distinct from sending an email or sharing a document with another person.

Storage and retention

Credentials are stored through the local operating-system keyring or protected application credential stores. Task records, selected content, and assistant history may be retained in Roy’s local agent environment and backups for ongoing tasks and personal records. There is no fixed automatic deletion period.

Roy can remove local records and revoke a Google account connection. Revoking access stops future authorized API access but does not automatically erase existing local records or backups. Removing a local copy does not delete the original information in Google.

Control and revocation

The account holder can review and revoke Tycho’s access from Google Account connections. Permission can be granted again through Google’s consent flow if the account holder chooses to reconnect. Contact Roy to request removal of information from Tycho’s local records.

This website

This public website contains application information only. It does not display connected-account content, provide a public sign-up form, or include advertising or analytics scripts added by Tycho. Hosting providers may process standard request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to operate and protect the site.
